Taxation status: The business is subject to Hungarian VAT legislation and, as a general rule, charges and declares VAT.
 

1. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the products offered by Coldbro Drinks Kft.

By placing an order in the webshop, the Customer enters into a contract with a payment obligation.

2. Ordering Process

The Customer selects the desired product.

After adding the product to the cart, the Customer provides the necessary shipping and billing information.

Payment is completed online through the WIX Payments system.

Following successful payment, an automatic confirmation email and invoice are sent.

Additional emails will be sent regarding shipping and order fulfilment.

Orders are fulfilled and packaged from the Seller’s available inventory.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and valid information. The Seller assumes no liability for delays or extra costs arising from incorrect data.

3. Payment Methods

Coldbro Drinks Kft. accepts electronic payments only.

Available payment methods:

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

Apple Pay

Google Pay

Payments are processed by WIX Payments (Stripe).
The Seller does not process or store any bank card data.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from the Seller’s warehouse.

Available shipping methods:

Foxpost parcel locker or home delivery (within Hungary)

Shipping area:

Hungary

Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process before final confirmation.

Typical delivery time:

2–5 business days within Hungary

5. Prices and Invoicing

All prices displayed in the webshop are subject of VAT, 

Invoices are issued electronically via the Billingo.hu system.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal must be communicated via email:

In case of withdrawal:

Products must be returned in new, unopened condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The Seller will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Withdrawal is not permitted for:

products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Coldbro Drinks Kft. products are not digital goods, therefore exceptions relating to digital content do not apply.

7. Warranty

Customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under the Hungarian Civil Code.

In the event of defective performance, the Customer may request:

replacement,

or, if this is not possible, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

8. Complaint Handling

The Seller investigates and responds to complaints within 30 days of receipt.

Available legal remedies:

Consumer Protection Authority

Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület)

Civil court proceedings

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer,

delays caused by the shipping partner (GLS),

force majeure events,

temporary outages or malfunctions of third-party systems (WIX, Stripe, GLS).

10. Copyright

All content on the website (images, graphics, texts, design elements, products) is protected by copyright.
Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Details of data processing are contained in the separately published Privacy Policy.

12. Contract Language and Jurisdiction

The language of the contract is Hungarian.
Hungarian law applies.

In the event of a legal dispute, Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Amended terms take effect upon publication on the website and apply only to orders placed thereafter.
